We'll if you are buying land/properties to sell, make sure you have money, don't spend more than you are willing to lose, and have a backup plan because we all know what happens when things don't work out.

If you mean a real estate agent, be ready to pull your hair out. I know a few real estate agents and they have had their limit on stress lately. Nevertheless, good luck.

It seems it is a lot easier to work with residential customers than it is to work with banks that handle the foreclosures.

Residential customers offer repeat business and most pay on time.
