Looks good. I would print it on colored paper if you can. One word of advise, why would you advertise "Bi-weekly" cuts. I try to stay away from them whenever possible. It takes longer to service and the lawn will not look as good as it should when cutting bi-weekly. Lawns should be cut weekly for a healthy looking lawn. Just my opinion.

* I think saying SERVICES OFFERS is redundant because once
the customer sees your bullet list, they'll know.

* All BOLD is not customary in most type settings. I think
Capitalizing only the first letter of each word is better... and
better looking and easier to read.

* I think FREE ESTIMATES!! should be on the bottom just
underneath another phone number listing and the phone
number should stand out.
