hey guys we changed our name and beefed up our equp. now need help with office what files do we need and do you guys do like an end of the day/week/month if so which is better thanks again

yea like customer files equpment lists like how did you set up your office and do you close your books like a retail place by closing out your books daily weekly or do you do it yearly
