Off to a great year all ready

This is the 11 of February, yes I said February! I have contacted all the customers I had last year and all of the except one (which only wants me cut when it gets to hot for him, he is 70) to cut again this year. Two weeks ago I picked up a new account in an UpScale neighbor hood, and I just today picked up a commercial account.
Yep this is all ready a great year and am looking forward to FANTASTIC

What advice do you have for others trying to get their customers to renew? How should they go about handling their renewal phone calls? Should they do anything else as well?
