It depends on what kinds of services you are looking to offer. Have you come up with a list of them yet? Are you looking to spread fertilizers or pesticides? What about landscape installations?

There is a $75 a year fee for a dba? UGH! Does every state do this?

Not Every state, Because I paid Ten dollars to file, and I'm good for five years. I think that is crazy having to pay 125 to start then 75 to keep it?

would also like to make a business plan. do you guys make them your self of have them done by someone? i see there is a lot of software out there to do it your self or si better just to have it done by a professional. tahnks.
