Need help For charging on leaf clean-up

Hi I am unsure of how much to charge this person for clean-up of leafs on a property.. Whats the rate or pricing for this service anybody know..

I am guessing this is an apartment complex?

Have you gone over to look at the property and taken some measurements to get the total sqft?

What is the average size property you currently perform this service on and what do you charge them? Also, how long does it take you? That could help us create a baseline to scale it up from.
