Purge history ????

We have been using Gopher for 4 years and our data base is pretty massive. (19.440 KB)

We need to purge old transactions to speed up processing. I deleted a year's worth of invoices but it did not seem to help.

can anyone offer any help?

Perhaps system maintenance might be in order? I know that as room on my hard drive diminishes, so does the system performance. I find everything slows down. Just a thought...
