Contract/Paper Work Help.

Does anyone have a contract or knows where i can get a contract so i can contract out my jobs to people? I don't want employees, i want contractors. I just need some type of paper work to ensure that i won't get my accounts taken by them and or they sell my customers there service. Any help would be great thanks!

I am thinking you would want some kind of non-compete contract?

What is your view on why you want to go this route versus having staff do the work?
