New to me blower...now some questions

Picked up a Redmax EBZ7100 blower from the local dealer that had been traded in for $300.

I dont have a instruction manual. All the manuals on the Redmax site show this goofy arm on the opposite side of the blower from the tube. Mine does not have that.

With the shoulder straps adjusted as short as they will go the blower sits on my back at a angle with the lower part of the blower pushing into my back and the top part away from my back. Mighty uncomfortable. Can I get some shorter shoulder straps?

Other then how it hangs on my back I am pretty happy with the blower.

I've used Redmax Blowers (EBZ8100) for a couple years. Mine has the throttle at the end of a swivel arm like you describe.

You probably have a 7100RH model. This particular variant of the 7000 line has a trigger switch throttle controller attached to the blower tube.

Return to the Redmax website and search for a 7100RH or 7100RH-CA. I think you will find what you're looking for.
