Could an LCO have inflatables they could set up for holidays and have it be profitable?

Have you ever known any LCOs to try this?

I think that christmas lighting and christmas decorations (such as wreaths) have a bigger profit than those. But, I do admit, those look simple and easy, and can be used year after year
