What doe everybody include in their FALL CLEANUP SERVICES

I was just wondering what every one else includes in their fall cleanup service. also how does every body charge. by the hour, by the job

Are you going to be offering more services than leaf removal? Maybe cleaning out gutters?

I would think it be easier to bid jobs by the hour at least initially.
