when to bid on comercial properties

hi i have a lawncare buis in vancouver canda and i only do resedential im wondering when is the best time to bid on comercial properties :confused:

I am finding that commercial properties and site managers take bids year round.

Commercial properties wont tell you what you are doing incorrectly or what you can improve on, they will just break the contract and move onto someone new.

I think anytime is a good time to promote your services, especially with your climate.

Hi Matt,

Now is always the best time to go into these establishments and find who is in charge of the property maintenance. Find out when they want their bids submitted.
