Hiring A New Guy

I’m by myself now and the business is growing very fast I’m looking to bring on 1 person 3 days a week for the next 3 months and then maybe 5 days a week. Is it better to use a temp agency or to do it myself and pay for workers comp and any other obligations for an employer? I’m in California…

You have to check the prices pf the temp service but I know at least one of our members on here loved using a temp service to minimize paper work.

What have been the pros and cons going on in your mind so far about either using a temp service or finding someone to hire?
