What to charge for this property

I have two more properties I am taking on. They are about a 1/4 acre each. Lawn is in pretty poor condition. The lawn is in fact typical condition for this particular neighborhood.

I am going to weedeat, edge a bit and mow and clean up. $45 each seem about right? It is my base price.

Poor condition is right wow! Are you going to fix the lawn in the long run for them? 45$ should be about right.

I would charge more for the first service because of the condition.

Get you some dust masks on that one your gonna need them.

Dust was actually minimal. Used my 21" push mower.

Took a after picture to show how it turned out. Not too bad considering.

I took me about a hour each.

I do think next time will be faster. Might try using my big mower then.
