I need help for cutting hedges at a church. How do you charge? Do you charge per bush or what? This property is a commercial. It is a church. Any help would be appreciated!

Really depends on the condition of the bushes, are you only light trimming? Just factor up how long it will take you to do the trimming, how long you think itll take to clean up (then multiply that by 1.5, it always takes longer than expected), will you have to pay to dispose of the debris? If so factor in that cost.

Ex.

I guess 5 large bushes, medium debris, takes me 5 minutes to trim each, so 25 minutes.... Will take me 10 minutes each to clean up and vacuum the small debris(Im a neat freak), 50 minutes add another 25 minutes for unexpected delay in clean up and fine trimming.

All in all, I expect to take 1 hour 40 minutes, I like to make at least $40 a hour. Almost 2 hours here.... Ill charge $80 for my time, $20 to dispose of debris, $100 total.

Hope this helps a bit.
