I have not attempted lawn replacement. The account wants 2400 sq ft tilled and flattened. He is asking for pricing on seeding or sodding.
My issue is that I do not know what to charge for the tilling as I am not familiar with the length of time to till 2400 sq ft.
The grounds are primarilliy flat but there are a few dips and lumps that need levelled. The customer is taking care of stumps and grinding them himself. I know that I will need to level to 1 to 1&1/2 inches below sidewalks and must grdaully slope downward from the stucture outward.
I also need an idea on how to estimate for the seed or the sod.
I am fairly new to the business and could use input pretty much from start to finish on this one.
