question - i have a 96 ranger, would that be enough to move snow (within a reasonable depth of course)

I guess all in all, you could put a plow on anything, but you would be better off if it has 4 wheel drive.

Also depending on the type of plowing you are going to be doing (residential driveways vs. commercial parking lots) you may want a smaller or larger plow.

Have you looked up the type of plows available for your model truck yet?
