Property Cleanup

I did a property cleanup last week and thought I would post a link to some before and after pictures that I posted on my web-site (http://www.dtelawncare.com/?p=537).

The property hadn't had anything done to it for the last 7 years and I have it until it sells and if it doesn't sell by winter I got the plowing contract to it.

It says you spent 14 hours doing this job? WOW How long did you initially think it would take? Were there any lessons you learned from it?

My original bid was going to be slightly higher than what I actually did the job for. This property hadn't been touched for 7 years prior to me doing it and was told to do it and invoice it.

Would have been nice to have a helper as it would have made the initial cleanup easier, but am satisfied that I did it myself.
