How to sign a word document without printing first?

I have my Lawn maintenance agreement in word document form and I'm trying to figure out how to sign it before I email it to a customer that's in another country.

I'll be starting maintenance on his local property in July and I want to have this to him ASAP for him to sign and email back to me.

How do I put my signature on the signature line in this word document?

Do you have a scanner? Can you print it out, sign it and then scan it in?

Or can you scan in your signature and put the signature graphic in there so you can simply send it as a pdf file to your customer?

Just use the font name Lucida Handwritting
