Hay there do any of you guys have one. I need a bigger peace of equipment for snow removal. i was wanting something with a cab but i cant afford it. I want to buy new, just because i don't want some one else problem tractor. I am also looking at the 2305 because it is small and i can still mow most of my lawns with it.

What are you going to use it for? I have (in the CUT range) a 2305 for three years, also have a 2320, two 2520's, a 2720, 790, 3032 and a 3320.. I think you will be hard pressed to find any complaints with any of the JD CUT's if you pick the right one for the expectations.

I am looking at the 2305 with the 48" deck. just because of the size of lawns that i have. right now i have a tractor that i can use year round. so the 2305 seams to be the wright fit. do you use yours for snow, if so how dose it do?

The 2000 series has the 200CX loader which have quick attach buckets, I have a 6 foot plow with hydraulic angle that I used on the 2305 the first two years plowing my own driveway which is around 900 feet and a few neighbours, I now use the 2520, the 2305 had no issues at all. I also have a backhoe on it and it works great. You will need chains and if you buy one the best all around tire is the turf's, the R4's will tear up the lawn in four wheel drive and chains tend to fall into the lugs. I have also run a 6" wood chipper on it, box blade, landscape rake, 2 KW generator, scraping blade etc.

I have never herd of any complaints on the 2305 that I recall, even in the tractor forums.
