The main problem with non contract customers is they may or may not want their lawn mowed on a constant schedule. So it is harder to keep everyone lined up. Right now I am still a small business with a handfull of customers, but my fear is as I gain more that are non contract how in the world will I keep them orginized so I am not jumping around and back tracking. I have just gained a customer in a gated comunity. Nice oportunity to gain more work. Just getting a little nervious about scheduling.

You could download and try Gopher (http://www.gophersoftware.com), it will keep your schedule for you. Or as you attract new customers that are weekly, dump the ones that aren't weekly.
