Do you think building maintenance, cleaning etc fit well with a lawn care operation?

Have you ever thought of offering such additional services?

KBM Building Services (http://www.sddt.com/News/article.cfm?SourceCode=20060731cra) - Maureen Gray, the president and founder of KBM Building Services, was just 20 years old when she started a company with $1,000, some ads in the Pennysaver, a briefcase, a small rented office space and six housekeepers.
Today, a silver anniversary later, Gray has about 300 employees, and a multi-pronged organization that includes janitorial services, small job contracting and other services.
In 1997, KBM added a full-service floor division, which offers maintenance, restoration, and installation for all kinds of flooring. In 2001, KBM opened its tenant improvement and construction division.
One of KBM's mottos is that that there is "no job too small."

She is now looking into starting a landscape business.
