It's contact information! Many people out there are shy & avoid the phone, I recommend you slap on your email to your business card.

I have my website so they can go check it out. All my contact information is on there. I find it hard to say my e-mail over the phone especially something like info@jitys.ca

I use photobucket.com

I upload a picture to my photobucket account, copy & paste a special image link into my ad, & voula!

I always put my email address on everything. Business cards, invoices, ads, everything.

2. yeah, I use craigslist. Works well for me. I've gotten $700 worth of work in the last 3 days and have an estimate to do to install sod. Probably another $1000 if I get it.

Try everything and see what works. Also, make your advertisements catchy.
