Hey y'all, I may have another job ( that makes 3 in 3 weeks) but this one is huge. Over 2.5 acres. I need to fit my old lawn tractor, my 21" Toro, blower and trimmer. What size trailer do y'all use?

I use a 6 by 10.

I would suggest you lay out your equipment in your driveway the way you would place it on a trailer and measure how much room you would need.

We have quite a few and it depends on what we are hauling, sounds like you almost need a landscape trailer, our trailers run from 6 X 12 to 7 1/2' X 20, we also have one Cargo Trailer and considering another.

How long was it after you bought your first trailer that you were wishing you got one size larger?

Well all the trailers serve a purpose and function, I had to buy trailers as we added equipment and I always bought larger than I needed by a few feet, I have a good selection and we can haul everything we own.

Hindsight is always 20/20, I would have had the 20' trailer last year, we made do with a 16' however there were many times we could have used it, I had it special made, it will haul 16,000 pounds, our largest excavator wheighs close to 14,000 but that is the biggest I could go without going dual wheels or a tri axle.
