you forgot to put the link or attach the file to it..

it will not upload the file because it is on publisher and I dont Know how to convert it to word doc. because my computer will not allow me.

You can download openoffice.com (it's free) and you can save it as a doc file.

Or maybe just copy the text and paste it

Or take a screen cap and attach that to your post?
