Here is an upsell letter template that can be used with the Gopher estimate feature to offer your clients some services they can check off and send back to you.

One difference from the training video I did was instead of putting the letter text in the bottom area, I put it in the top. Then I was able to put a bunch of blank spaces at the bottom of the text to line up where I wanted the optional services to appear at the bottom.
