I found that shirts make a very big difference, the crew leaders and myself wear shirts with colars, company logo and name, everyone else wears a dark green T shirt with company logo and name.

I bought them from a place here called Mark's Work Wearhouse, the quality of their workwear is second to none and they only sell high quality work clothes, boots, safety gear etc. I had the shirts and Jackets done at a local embrodery store.

Does any of your local high schools have print shops. I had some shirt made for only $5.00 a shirt and that included the shirt and not just the printing. something you may want to look into. you may want to ask one of the members on here. 696 signs i think does shirts. www.696signs.com

Aren't those weedman shirts?

I was doing some searching and I found a site that sells school uniforms but the shirts are really colorful and could be used for uniform shirts.
