Question about scheduling

Let's say you have 25 accounts a week in the mowing season and for math purposes you can do 5 a day (Mon. thru Fri.) leaving weekends for catch-up, however it rains for 3 days straight during the week. My question is, what is the best way to reschedule the accounts not serviced due to rain?
No, this isn't a word/math problem, I'm just wondering how this is handled.

I am sure everyone has a different way of doing this, but I would think you should try and get the lawn mowed as quickly as you can after the rain postponement so you can make money on it that week and then be able to go the next week on your regularly scheduled day.
