View Full Version : COMMERCIAL JOB
OK, my sister lives in a Condo complex, and they have a lawn service do there cutting for the complex. She gets an invoice once a year to see the break down on here association fees. Well her lawn cutting is for $19,200 a year, snow plow $14,000 a year, and shrub trimming is $3,500 a year. I thought that i could bid on this job and after my calcuations i think i could do it for about $18,900 a year. Do you think its worth trying?

The one thing I am concerned with in such a situation is this. If you are off on your bid, this is the type of job that could really knock you out of business because you will most likely be signing a year contract.
If you go for smaller jobs and a larger quantity of them then if you are off on a bid you can always alter it or just stop providing service for that specific customer.
Slow and steady wins the race.
