Snow Removal Contract for Property Maint. Directors

Looking for 1 to 3 page snow removal contract geared towards commercial properties. Have many different contracts but would prefer to send with bids that allows the Property Maintenance Director to feel comfortable but not overwhelming and want to respond and sign. I am in SE Michigan in the Lake Erie West Section. Appreciate the assistance, and hope for many snow days.
