Advantages of Fulton County business license VS. Atlanta business license?

Any LCO's in the Atlanta area on here?

I'm looking for info on the differences between getting a business license with Fulton County as opposed to getting one w/ the City of Atlanta.

Will my taxes be more with one versus the other?

Will I be subject to more fees with one versus the other?

Will either limit me as an LCO and to what capacity will either limit me?

Does Atlanta have a city sales tax?

If they do, won't they require you to charge tax on your taxable services, regardless of where you register your business as long as you are operating within the city limits?
