Drumming up business for next spring

I am planning to roll out my new business next spring here in the Great White North ;-) and am wondering when should I start promoting myself and what services I'll be offering? A few more weeks and we'll all be covered with snow.... so when is the best time to push ahead with advertising, etc to drum up business? If I advertise too soon, everyone will forget me before the spring, and if I startin early March, it will be hard to estimate things with snow still on the ground... Any advice out there?

It is never to early, Just make sure you keep in contact with the people that interested in your services, so the y do not forget.
