There should be some in the free contract (http://www.gopherforum.com/showthread.php?t=7210) section.
Did you check in there yet?

I have, they are for larger commercial plow jobs and sanding application. This is my first year and im not ready to take on large jobs.
I could modify some of those contracts and that would work fine.
I guess what I need to know is what do I need to put on there for residential snow removal. What should I garentee and how should I word it?
Is there anyone out there that does residential snow removal?
Do I say ill only come out if it snows 1 inch?
If I agree to clear someones snow am I liable if someone slips and hurts themselfs? I dont want to advertise a flat rate for unlimited snow removal and then get stuck coming out 15 times a month for every light dusting.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Eric
